Obama’s old car for sale: A 2005 Chrysler sedan once owned by Barack Obama is being auctioned off on eBay.

Obama knows what we NON-LEMMINGS know. The Nickel Mining that provides the batteries for the Prius releases more carbon in the atmosphere then 5 years of driving a standard V8 truck. Not to mention the Massive release of Mercury poisoning the land and waters to the point where no one can even live in the from which the Nickel is mined.PLEASE DON”T TAKE My word for it! A Prius is a HORRID choice. I hope he does well as a president for the country’s sake. I can’t believe people would waste their money on such a thing. This is ridiculous. What next?
This was from the days when he was conning people before he bought a more environmentally friendly car for his bid for the presidency.

Everyone knows, (well maybe not the right wing nut job haters) that Obama couldn’t have won without the white vote. He couldn’t have won Iowa without the white vote!!! This election wasn’t about black vs. white, it was about the Obama presenting himself as the best candidate which he did again and again throughout the campaign.
Damu, that comment wasn’t to you about the racist it was to tina but, I can somewhat agree with you but then mostly not, yea nobody wanted it to be a racial election but well we all know it was. Sometimes Obama presented himself as the best and sometimes not so much as did McCain personally if I had to say anything about it I wouldn’t have elected either one of them. The only reason it bothers me so much that he is our president is everyone is making such a big deal about EVERYTHING he does and I don’t think ANYONE cares. And of course I don’t agree with a lot of the things he does so but that is my sole opinion.
I agree with you, we all know the real deal, the election was for the most part about race. So much so that the GOP has crippled itself for years to come!! The MEDIA makes a big deal about everything Obama has been doing since the election. Some things like cabinet picks are newsworthy. But the car sale, and him eating at a DC chilli shop are over the top. I honestly don’t care what he does on his own personal time.

People don’t seem to understand what a huge deal it is to have the first (mixed) black President. This is huge for most African Americans and huge for me (no I’m not black). Nobody really knows what kind of job he will do as President, but give the poor guy a chance. People are already hatin’ on him and he hasn’t even had a chance yet.
I”m wondering if the whinners were Bush bashing when he was elected, i doubt it, point is Obama is our President, you don’t have to like it or want it. 8 years of Bush was at least bad enough to make 42% of Republican voters voted for Obama, kind of summons it up to the fact that’s almost have the Republican voters. Now ask yourself why and look at the last 8 years, i did not like Bush but he was my President, and that’s old news, time to get a grip.
What a waste of time and energy. Why doesn’t he donate the car or money to the people he’s going to represent. Us! Why do we all support the laws that don’t work? We all must take a stand and take back control of the government. I don’t care if you are white or black. The U.S. President Elect Obama supports the same government that has ruined American. I beleive a flat tax of 5% and no tax returns would be the best way to start. We all need to come back together as whole community and country to solve the economic flaws. In addition something has to be done about the liberals letting in all the Illegal immigrants. They are stealing our money and benifits. It has been going on for way too long. We the American people only have our selves to blame if you don’t stand up for what is basically a very simple solution.
